Main character in the reference against CJP Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary is his son Dr. Arslan Iftikhar. Dr. Arslan is not related only to CJP but he (Dr. Arslan) is also Son-in-Law of Major General Retd. Zia ul Haq.
As per law expert, CJP Justice Iftikhar Chuadhary & his lawyers would present the point in Supreme Judicial Council that it was not the father (CJP) but the father-in-law (Major General) who was behind all this.
Father didn’t but father-in-law did use his authority & powers to give his son-in-law a career boost.
If such a point is presented it will definately involve army directly in the matter – hence opening another Pandora’s box.

how do you know this his son is not married dr arslan is still bachelor and he do not have any childern i knew him
