About 100+ Computers & Management Sciences Students alongwith Faculty Members of FAST-National University (including many Ph.D) started their peacfull protest against imposition of Emergency in Pakistan by Chief of Army Staff General (Retd.) Parvez Musharraf.
But as soon as the protest started and students & faculty members started to gather near main entrance of a huge purpose built campus of the University, Police raided the University.
As per very latest from inside the campus, Police has entered inside the campus building and have so far arrested 3 students and deployed heavy numbers of sergeants inside and outside the University.
FAST-National University of Computers & Emerging Sciences is the top notch CS University of Pakistan and is rated amongst the best in South Asia. Graduates of FAST-NUCES are working in Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Dell, Sun to name a few.

All that students and other people are doing is a good effort and should be done and remain the peaceful atmosphere. Police and other law enforcement agencies will make blunders so please be care full out there for the sake of your families. Idea for protesting within the campus was very good and should be covered by media so that every one knows.

I left country because of our system to re-gain my selfrespect. Today I felt ashamed of running away like a coward and wanted to stand beside my juniors at FAST and other friends and colleagues at LUMS. This is our chance to save our country, nationalism and respect. I want to live in my country where I feel secured when I see police or any law enforcement agency personnel. We shall be able to live in a more civilized Pakistan inshAllah where education and knowlesge shall be the key of respect.

May Allah give us more courage and strength and make us unite against Kufar and Batil and give us sense to fight for implementing Allah’s Rules (Shariat). We Muslims are not to be considering Nationalism (Pakistaniat) and Constitute’73, the only and right way. Please be strong to implement one rule, on constitute and which are all defined in Quran Pak and which are presented by Muhammad (P.B.U.H).
Fight for implement Islam rather than Pakistan.
“Sub Say Pehlay Pakistan” should not be case for us.
